Among friends, Mix&Match is free, and stays free. Then one Thursday evening there are more people than usual, or a fourth tournament in the month, or the wish to open online registrations — and free is no longer enough for that one evening. Three doors open then, and none of them commits you beyond what you make of it.
Three ways to go further
Player credits, for a tournament now and then. Each entrant uses one, at the moment the tournament is validated. You buy them in bundles, they never expire, and the price per credit goes down as the bundle grows — because bank fees, for their part, do not.
A tournament flat rate, when you do not know how many will come. One fixed price for the whole tournament, whether twelve or thirty people end up answering. It is insurance against variance, not a discount.
The Organisation product, so you stop thinking about it. A club, an association or a works council runs the whole season; what it buys is not having to count. Everything is open, without caps, with one invoice to file a year.
Online purchase is not open yet: write to us and we will set everything up with you. An organisation receives an invoice in its name, with its registration number, and can ask for a quote before committing. Prices are net, and credits never expire.
What each product opens is detailed in the Products chapter of the manual, and how credits work in the Credits chapter.
